Trusting anyone, ever, is a risk. The risk of a spouse cheating is far higher than the risk of a side effect of a vaccine. We can talk about just how many orders of magnitude bigger the risk is if you want. Logic says take the smaller risk.
Ok, I believe I said the following. Are you sexually active, or planning to become sexually active soon? Then you should get the HPV vaccine.

Which is ridiculous. 1) Most people infected with HPV have no idea that they are infected. 2) There's no guarantee that they won't go and have sex with someone else after you're in a relationship with them.

If you have sex with someone who isn’t infected, then Gardasil isn’t doing you any good. That’s the point. The only benefit you derive is from having sex with someone who is infected.
