Ok, thanks for the update. Does the fact that the drilling occurs in “federal waters” make it more valid for the Interior Department to ignore the ruling of a Federal Appeals court??

The EPA wants to take back environment regulation in Texas, from TCEQ, so that it can squash ALL heavy industry in Texas. On the water, on the land... anywhere. It’s just same sh!t, different day in zero’s kingdom.
