What does that mean? pissant posted it and it is full of off topic spam. Two simple facts.

I'll tell you what it means: It means that the notion of anyone complaining about spam on a thread posted by pissant is hilarious (and rich). He is the king of off-topic spam on at least a dozen threads a day.

Yeah, you've made it clear that posting guidelines are now meaning less. Spamming is acceptable, off topic posts are acceptable and now you've brought in the formerly least acceptable violation of posting guidelines bringing your problems from one thread to another.
