The queen of the Tea Party knows how to deliver a stump speech, and the more than 200 people who turned out to hear Michelle Bachmann in person Wednesday at the Ala Moana Hotel were not disappointed.
Organized by the free-market "think tank" Grassroot Institute of Hawaii and attracting a good many local Republicans, Bachmann charged her supporters to rise up and fight for the foundations of the nation: inalienable rights of life and liberty that can't be touched by the government.
"The Tea Party movement as I define it is a rejection of the Obama-Pelosi-Reid agenda," she said. "You are the Tea Party ... It's a broad swath of America it's huge! It's in every region not just north and south but every part of the United States."

Prove it.
It happens alot. They ping me to their palin threads then complain when I comment too. It’s a funny bunch.
Does any of that make any sense to your pea brain at all?
Have a good life!
I explained a post for you when you asked for an explanation, dipstick. If you don’t like the explanation feel free to piss up a rope.
When did Sarah Palin spell it “potatoe”?
A lot of what I see right now is an attempt to fracture the conservative movement. I would hate for Bachmann and Palin to both become victims of that liberal attempt to divide."
Surely I am not the only person currently incarnate who can deduce that Governor Sarah Palin and Representative Michele Bachmann are close personal friends, and that attempts by the freepers to ignore this OBVIOUS fact is particularly repugnant to both women???????????
Attempts to hijack this thread are very reminescent of Mr. Tingle-Chrissy Matthews' hissy fits over the past two-PLUS years to publically & very rudely ridicule and lampoon Michele Bachmann .... and just like Hissy-Chrissy, are & will be no reflection whatsoever on Rep. Bachmann, but rather on the perpetrators thereof.
The Palin supporters are like the Ron Paul ones of 2007. Utterly delusional about their candidate’s chances, thinking there’s a mass media conspiracy against them when really the media is building them up in the first place, denial of polling reality, the thinking that the number of internet fanboys on MySpace/Facebook/YouTube means something, the bragging about fundraising numbers, etc. Same crap.
Thanks for explaining a post and breaking yet another posting guideline while doing it. If you don’t like my reply you can piss on yourself.
Not to mention the ceaseless worship and zealotry re: their candidate. Never seem very tolerant towards anyone who dares a negative word against them. It’s national politics and there is no room for the kids’ gloves.
Worship schmurship! Sarah Palin has stuck her neck out time and again when it would be so much easier and safer and hang back and let some other lesser-knowns take the flak. Let some other contender outshadow her ability to be the Great Communicatrix of the Obvious but Nobody Else Dares To Say It, and that contender will be welcomed. Perhaps Ms. Bachmann will prove to do that. Sarah is the kind of classy lady who would throw her support to Ms. Bachmann if that were to become the case. Sarah does not waste breath on ad hominem attacks but points up smart policy and principles.
I'm certain that Governor Palin would be absolutely disgusted & appalled with your depiction of her close personal friend, Representative Michele Bachmann who is the founder of the Tea Party Caucus.
I wouldn’t go that far. Lotsa Palin supporters are reasonable and understand she has her flaws just like every other candidate, including the ones I prefer. I get along great with those folks. There is a small core of folks here, I call them the cultists, that are as you describe. As you can see by the multitude of pictures of Sarah on this thread.
No worries. Par for the course.
Indeed I’m puzzled why the reference to a sewer pipe. Shouldn’t Sarah Palin be good at least for an oil pipeline?
Nothing disparaging in that. /s
The only way to explain the post was to explain the post, numbnuts. I’m not interested in your take on posting guidelines or anything else. LOL
You’re not much interested in making sense either but I knew that long ago.
meow? meow? cat fight?
How about omitting *worship* *cultist* and every other slam or inflamatory description out of the mix?
