it's now looking more and more like their Mormon faith won't amount to a de facto disqualification. Their liberalism, hower, does.

He continued: "My experience (in) Massachusetts running as an ABORTIONIST/GAY RIGHTS BIG GOVERNMENT LIBERAL ACTIVIST guy in a state that's overwhelmingly of other faiths didn't seem to get in my way there." Fixed it.

Sometimes it seems that Mitt wears his LDS Faith just as Obama wears his ‘blackness’.

I think you are right. I believe Mittens has decided that he can get more of the Dem vote if he can get mainstream traditional Christians to object to his faith. The left would love to tweak the ‘religious right.’ Mittens has an uneasy relationship with some in the religious right that he plans on using, IMHO.

I get really suspicious and skeptical when a person starts wearing their religion, ANY religion, on their sleeve.........

Didn’t the Mormans and some Moslem outfit team up for Haiti “relief” “Efforts”? Makes ya wonder...

Where did Willard Romeny serve as a missionary? Is he fluent in any foreign languages like most Mormon missionaries? I would not be suprised if he launches Spanish language advertising.

“the perceived biases that potentially derailed Romney’s 2008 presidential campaign “
And here all along I thought it was his politics and political history!
And maybe the dog on the car roof story.

I think Romney is betting that he can use his Mormon religion as a lever to portray the many that oppose him as 'religious bigots', just as the left attempts to paint any opposition to Obama on any grounds as 'racism'. Won't work. Mitt Romney is opposed on the basis of his political policies and his performance as Massachusetts governor, with the failed 'RomneyCare' as his legacy. Crying 'religious bigotry' when you lose an election is bad enough. Pretending that your religion is a detriment before anyone has even voted is worse. Besides, I don't trust a button-down guy like Mitt Romney when he starts showing up for TV interviews sans necktie. What's with that? Playing 'regular guy' again, Mitt? You failed.

Romney is a disgusting liar.
NO practicing Mormon would condone “gay marriage”.
NO practicing Mormon would condone abortion on demand.
But a lying political slut would. He defiles the “Mormon” description. As others have defiled “Catholic”.
The MSM is pimping him in order to destroy the Republican 2012 candidacy.
