3) George Bush Sr. has spent a long time on the phone with Mubarak within the last 24 hours

4) Long lines at banks

5) Situation is tense and volatile

6) It is 7 PM in the evening

7) No one knows what the night will bring

Obama has been rendered to a mere sideshow. I'm glad a pragmatic adult is trying to reason with Mubarak.
