Inshallah means no personal responsibility.
They couldn't have done other than what they did, because it was inshallah.
America, however, is always to blame and always will be to blame.... inshallah.

So, in #160, I replied: Right! I should’ve said inshallah (if God is willing) they’ll know in the future if they’ve messed up & inshallah (if God it willing) they’ll accept it.”
I knew what Inshallah meant. Many moslems Iranians, especially religious ones, say “inshallah” too.
