The tennis court at former President Jimmy Carter‘s private home is swept twice a day, his pool is cleaned daily and his grass cut, his flower beds weeded and his windows washed on a regular basis — all at taxpayers’ expense.

Here we are swimming in debt, people out of work struggling and we have to pay for this guys lawn and pool cleaning??? Sorry but I wouldn’t care if it were only $100 a month. We shouldn’t have to pay for that. We pay for his retirement fine, his health care fine, his SS fine, anything else should come out of his own pocket. If he were a decent human being he’d insist on paying for everything else himself. What a hypocritical jerk.

Carter is undoubtedly a very wealthy man. Why isn’t he forced to pay for the upkeep of his own home??

Typical liberal, “I am due”

Jimmah just like Lenin wanted his goodies regardless of the people’s needs.

That’s sure what it looks like to me. I don’t get it though. They sweep his tennis court twice a day....what the heck? Sounds like over kill to me.

When Jimmah’s buried, there will be no lack of “liquid” for his memorial flowers...

Mr. Carter was and is a sanctimonious phony.
Taxpayers pay ... and he gets to play.

Carter was our first communist president. He is a member of the liberal elite, called “nomenklatura” in the Soviet Union. They got special privileges, a lot of money, didn’t have to follow the same rules as ordinary people, and looked down at ordinary people.

At over $1,000/week it sounds like a couple of full time employees. With so little work to do I’m surprised they’re not sweeping the tennis court five times a day. They have to do something to keep from falling asleep. I can just see it, every time a leaf falls from a tree two men go running to pick it up. They probably have a contest to see who can get to the leaf first.

Geez....your probably right. With the excess of our government and the abuse and waste of our tax dollars, it wouldn’t at all surprise me. Wonder how often they cut the grass? Once a day?

We drove through Plains omce and passed right by the Carter home. It isn’t a large place and one person could care for the grounds, IMO.
