I would go for that. I also wish they would make a bill that says you cannot claim medical bills when you claim bankruptcy and also you cannot transfer your bill and use a credit card or loan from the bank.....if you have insurance you can use those methods, but it you are too lazy to have insurance than you have to use a check or money order to pay.....also if you don't pay on time....after three misses you will be in jail for life. You basically fraud-ed the hospital out of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars which would account for the life in prison with no chance for parole. If this were to happen, we would not have people getting away without having insurance.

I think we are on to something here.

But wouldn't a lifetime in prison be the ultimate act of welfare?

Free room & board, Cable-TV, Internet, Library. ...sorta soulds like any big city 'Government Project"

The taxpayer just can't win it seems.
