But wouldn't a lifetime in prison be the ultimate act of welfare?
Free room & board, Cable-TV, Internet, Library. ...sorta soulds like any big city 'Government Project"

The folks do not announce because if they did, it would kick-into-gear a whole host of regulations and reporting requirements promulgated via the Federal Election Commission.
