There is a difference between what this nun did and what the prostitute did at Duke. The nun should face charges of making a false report.
I don’t see much difference. What would happen if they picked up someone that matched the description? That alone is enough to ruin someone’s life. I know someone who was falsely accused of stuff and it destroyed his life...even though charges were later dropped.
I say a false report should be punished by the same penalty of the crime they are charging.
