Oh wow, that’s bad news. Is roof collapse due to snow load covered by typical homeowners insurance?

We rent. The landlord has no insurance. Nobody was in it at the time. The lower half is stone. The second story floor is holding part of the roof and it will give way too. We've had 2 ice storms so I think that's what brought it down. It was sad to begin with.
