To be fair, Sarah Palin had her slip of the tongue moment when she called "North" Korea our allies when talking to Glenn Beck...yes, but when someone like Sarah has a slip of the tongue, it gets played ad nauseum as an indication of her stupidity and foolishness, while when someone like Biden, Schumer, or Matthews has one, its a misunderstanding, taken out of context, or, well, a slip of the tongue.....

The senior Senator from New York, Chuckie Schumer, has served on the Judiciary committee for several years. Being a Senator he obviously knows more about government than your average bear. Therefore there are three branches of government: The House, the Senate and the President. A little known fact is that the Judiciary is that section of government that legislates. The was clarified by the Senator during the Roberts Supreme Court hearings; “Now that he (Roberts) is nominated for a position where he can overturn precedent and make law, it is even more important that he fully answers a very broad range of questions,” You see, the Supreme Court makes laws. Stop criticizing. It is hateful and racist. Just shut up and drink your Koolaid.
