The "tea party caucus" is a group of senators that call themselves tea party. They can call themselves what they want. That's not a slap at the REAL tea party. There is no one single "tea party." Even Tea Party Express doesn't speak for most tea parties. They are a national PAC that do what they do well, but the grassroots tea parties are the local organizations on the grassroots close to home.
