Nogales, Sonora, is in dreadful shape. The border economy is in dreadful shape. Americans who once visited Tucson made it a point to go to Nogales to buy silver items, plates, etc. While there is more than 20% unemployment in Nogales, Arizona, give it a couple more years and Nogales, Sonora will be a ghost town inhabited by drug cartels and drunks.
