I think it’s an emergency planning meeting. Things are deteriorating in many countries. Even India is now having protests though they have not become violent and they are currently calling for reform to quiet the masses. In Egypt they are starting to run out of food. Well you know all the other hot spots. I see many people are talking about the new world order Kissinger said just last year obama has the opportunity to bring it about. Soros/Brezinsky are no doubt in on this on this they work with El Baradei at the International Crisis Group.

Rahul Gandhi, the scion of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty, appealed for the urgent repair of Indias political system as thousands of people took to the streets in 60 cities at the weekend to protest against a tide of corruption.
The rot is in the political structure, said Mr Gandhi, in some of his first public comments on the scandals that have rocked public confidence in the Congress party-led government. Corruption is taking place because the doors of the political system are closed and the average person who wants to do good is not allowed in.

grain futures prices have been trending upwards over the last few months. Places like China, India, etc have large peasant populations whose major living expense is food.
This can get REALLY ugly later this year if the current hard winter in the US delays planting season in the spring and results in a lower harvest in the fall.
