As I’ve written here about a zillion times, I was actually a reporter at the Frontiersman in Wasilla, Alaska, when Palin was there on the city council and as mayor.
Just about everything written about Palin as criticism is a lie. Period. I’ve spent much of my life watching from the sidelines as the media slimed others, but watching them slime someone you know professionally has been one of the gut-wrenching experiences of my life, not to mention more than a little shame having my name as a byline in several newspapers along the West Coast.
My metaphor for the way Palin has been treated is gang rape. I used to dislike the left. Now my feeling is visceral hatred. I can easily see why people with those beliefs can line up people for the concentration camps, exterminate the kulaks, round up neighbors for the killing fields, and make a thousand flowers bloom.
My friend, your instincts are correct. My advice is to share your disgust with as many people as you can. God help us.
The biggest problem is that more than half of American still thinks that the babble, rabble and spew coming from the MSM is the burning bush of truth and honesty.
If there should be any contributory campaign initiated by Sarah Palin and the conservatives of America it is the cleansing of the false politically motivated “gang rape” style talking heads of the MSM.
Targets? Shall we bring up targets? If not we shall use spotlights, we will illuminate those that are the propagandists, especially those with socialism, Marxism or Islamic leanings.
