This will be won or lost in the court of public opinion.

A **real** American and natural born citizen would be HONORED to promptly prove with all the best evidence that he is eligible to be president and Commander in Chief. He would be especially pleased to do that for his troops. A guilty usurper would not.

When politely asked to prove his natural born status ( a simple matter for a **real** American natural born citizen) Obama refused. Rather than produce the evidence he allowed Lakin’s case to proceed. Anyone who would do that is sadistic. He is someone who would stab out the eyes of kittens for fun.

No matter how the afterbirthers ( traitors really) spin it, that is a great big FAIL in the court of public opinion. Nearly 6 out of 10 Americans now doubt Obama’s eligibility. After Abercrombie those numbers are likely even higher.

In various states across the nations bills are being introduced that would require candidates to prove their natural born status. Behind these bills are **ticked-off** state legislators with political influence. Many are attorneys.

We shall see how this works out. Drip! Drip! Drip!

I agree with you that the court of public opinion is the way the issue ultimately will be resolved.

I just wish that a grand jury investigation or congressional hearings could help shape public opinion by bringing more attention to the issue.

We will see. Drip! Drip! Drip!

My guess: I think we will see a break through from the criminal aspect.
