Yup, there's an old limerick to that effect:

There once was a vicar of Salisbury,
Whose manners were quite halisbury-scalisbury.
He ran around Hampshire,
Without any Pampshire,
Till the bishop compelled him to Walisbury.

(you also need to know that Hampshire is commonly abbreviated as Hants.)
