The only way Santorum could be a viable presidential candidate this go around (or any in the future unless he gets back into the Senate or is elected Governor of Pennyslvania) would be — God forbid it — if there were a mass casualty terrorist attack on U.S. soil, in which case films of his warnings while a Senator and just after losing his seat would give him a prophetic and Churchillian ring.
