As much as it gets irritating to hear America being blamed for every cirsis around the world and all peoples’ miseries in the developing world, we have to acknowledge that American foreign policy, and not just under Peanut Man although he of course was the most horrible, has often been Militant Islam’s best friend. The arbitrary backing of certain jihadist terror groups and fomenting chaos in all the wrong places shows we do not understand it.

Although with a large chance of political islamic armies using these moments to launch epic war with Israel, this could simply be the inevitable Biblical end of times. Good thing those of us who know God know how that will end.

“Again, you assume that the bankers and Muslims are on opposite sides. Where have you been? The Muslims are due to be about 1/4 of the planet in the next 20 years. What a “market-share”!”

True all the big global banks have been instituting Sharia Banking. The same banks that backed obama/acorn that we bailed out!

“Islamic Sharia banking is coming to the United States and other western nations, thanks to global banks such as Citigroup, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs.”

Oh boy.

If we’ve become so jaded as to think every national decision is made by a shadow government, we truly are lost.

“Globalist Bankers” like Soros may thrive on instability, and work actively to cause it, but the circles he runs in are pretty rarefied. Globalist Bankers didn’t cause this, and even if they did, who can predict who the financial winners and losers will be? It’s not like the Egyptian Pound is a hugely-traded international currency.

Yeah, Islam is growing faster than Christianity, by about a third of a percetage point...Christianity remains the world’s largest religion, and bonus for us — We don’t have a subsect we routine go out and try to kill! (At least with bombs - We’re pretty good at attacking and discrediting one another on dogmatic ground)

Occams Razor says the simplest explanation tends to be the legitimate one...Yeah, America has a track record of treating with despots and seeing them overthrown, but so did the Soviets...It is an occupational hazard as a superpower.

At the same time, it’s probably exactly what it looks like - A disenfranchised and resentful populace at the end of their rope and incited by the Muslim brotherhood to overthrow a tyrant who happened to be in bed with Uncle Sam. No Global Banker or Communist Underground connection needed, though really - Even if there is, it won’t change the outcome.

Obama knows that if oil spikes to $8 a gallon, he’s a one term president (if he isn’t already.) “Drill baby drill” will become a bipartisan mantra, and China and the US will face off over the remaining exploitable oil sources, and not necessarily just diplomatically. It’s in NOBODY’s interest to have a more volatile Middle-East.

A good quote about Obama:

“He can’t be bought, bullied or negotiated with… some people just want to see the world burn.”

It was either Obama or the Joker...I'm not sure now.

Don’t forget about the Zbigniew Brzezinski/George Soros ties. They have a have a international crisis group and Mohamed ElBaradei belongs to it.

Exactly. Complete silence then. And surprisingly (or not), with all these ME states in various stages of uprising and overthrow the last few weeks, Iran is strangely quiet. If this was such a good thing, I’d expect Iranian dissidents to take to the streets. So far, I’ve heard nothing.

Hillary must have figured out by know that she got the “sucker job”.

Mubarak canned his cabinet when things started to get ugly. Is there any doubt Obama would do the same?

If the Middle East destabilizes oil prices take off, the stock market crashes, and a lame duck Obama’s state of the union message becomes as relevant as the speeches of Ancient Pharoahs.

All that will left is the blame game.

“The State Department is full of morons no matter who is the President.”

You are absolutely correct and it has been that way for a loooong time. However, Obama’s “activist” administration has greatly exacerbated this.

What is so ironic is hearing Obama say don’t let your government rule everything and you when he is trying to dictate himself. When gov. owns the banks, the electric companies, car dealers, unions- giving them special favors, energy, housing, health care, kids lemonaid stands, yard sale, sales over $600. you got pot calling kettle black (and I’m not a racist) syndrome.

Biden said SAY WHAT. Mubarack or Barack was not a dictator.

WARNING DUMBASSED AMERICANS don’t put the progressive elite in charge they will community organize like a mob to hell.

So Zero is backing an Islamist Sharia-loving government right on Israel’s border?

The greater caliphate under Iran’s ayatollahs is just what Axelrod and Zero ordered?

BS. They left this mess smoldering and now think they need to make some halfass statement.

The stupidity behind this U.S. policy to help topple Mubarak is breathtakingly stupid. I guess the thought has not occurred to Obama and Hillary that they are handing Egypt over to Iran and the Islamists.

its called posturing and trying to have it both ways. Bambi knows this is a clusterfook of his making. The buck stops with him, not Hillary not anyone else...with him.

I seriously think this will scupper his 2012 election stone dead if it goes the way i’m sure it will.

It’s called trying to hedge all bets and hoping everyone is as stupid as they are.

*There is no there there. They got caught flatfooted and are attempting to claim some sort of grand strategy.

We have a boob for a president and the rest of the idiots are completely outclassed and outmaneuvered.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

This is a disaster of titanic porportions, its getting worse by the second. Some idiot on CNN just on saying Mubarak needs to come on and tell the people, he has listened and will promise fair elections……who the hell would believe him? Are these so called experts for real? Its real grasp a minute because these mid east so called experts have not got a damn clue how this will pan out.

I will tell though what will happen, if Mubarak collapse without a clear succession, you will have a host of outside influences sweep in and it wont be pretty to see how this ends up.
