I was just there and was shocked to see bumblebee tuna 2 for a dollar.

I haven’t seen a 50c can of tuna in a long time.

Watch for tuna to be on sale as a loss leader item in the stores. Two weeks ago the Fred Meyer store here in Oregon had Chicken of the sea tuna 3/$1 with a coupon and a limit of 9 cans of tuna, which was a better price than I usually pay for tuna on sale. That said, if I watch the ads I can usually find tuna on sale for .49 cents a can or less on a regular basis. I stock up when it is on sale and leave it on the shelf when it is over .50 a can.
