The court ruled that: “Based on the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 of the Constitution and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the boundaries of the United States are “natural born citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents.” Since November 12, 2009 when this decision was handed down, no higher state or federal court has reversed its findings.

Yup. Any other court would rule the same.

“The COLB is NOT a birth certificate because you DID NOT even have to be born in Hawaii in 1961 to get a COLB.”

OK, but if your werent born in Hawaii, would you get a COLB that lists Honolulu as your birthplace? Probably not.

Yes, if you had a "home birth" without any independent witnesses, and claimed that the birth took place in state.

It would be incredibly easy.

what would you think they would put on a birth certificate? The place the birth is registered obviously. Many, many births were registered in Hawaii in the 60’s to people not born there. The rules did not tighten up for another decade.

Of course. If someone is registered as born in Honolulu, that would be there because they were born in ... Honolulu.

“Many, many births were registered in Hawaii in the 60’s to people not born there. “

OK, then show us an example of such a registration and where the registration says they were born.
