Though he is stepping away from the podium, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs has certainly made his mark during his two-year tenure as the White House mouthpiece. (Gibbs will be replaced by Jay Carney, communications director for Vice President Joe Biden.)
Besides his professional responsibilities as the go-between for the Obama administration and the press corps, Gibbs will also be remembered for his devotion to Auburn football, his mix of pastel ties and his Southern charm. (Of course, he wasnt always polite - who can forget the foot-in-the door moment in India?)
In honor of his departure, POLITICO has compiled a list of some of the outgoing press secretarys memorable moments and a handful of notable Gibbs-isms:

Looks like Gibbs gets Obama’s sloppy seconds from the Sycophant Media.
I will never forget the way they treated all of Bush's Press Secretaries, especially Tony Snow.
As charming as foot fungus
Gibbs tried to be cockier and more in-your-face than Rumsfeld. Of course I loved Rummy putting it to media, but they HATED it at the time.
Gibbs as commentator will be quite the show for about three months.
CHARM???? He’s as charming as a cobra.
The best of Robert Gibbs

Any Questions?
“I will never forget the way they treated all of Bush’s Press Secretaries, especially Tony Snow.”
One of the big Tony Snow attackers was non-other than David Gregory of NBC, now the moderator (scratch that) Demcocrat cheerleader/Republican hater on Meet the Press. He’s really become unhinged since the Repubs took over the House and so many of the state level offices around the country.
Seriously. Most, if not all, of the coverage we've seen since B.O. took the Democrat nomination away from Hillary is a fawning..."profiles" of the team, little info-bits, softball interviews, and implicit or explicit endorsement of the policies promulgated.
Nothing at ALL resembling real challenges and skeptical inquiries as to the history, philosophy, or effects of this regime.
