Don’t know why they couldn’t tax the consumable part the same way. It seems like a healthier alternative but I see no escaping the fact that it’s a drug-delivery device and should rightfully come under FDA regulation.

I see no way to escape the fact that the FDA should go Fu** themselves and leave us alone. My health is my business and not yours or the governments. And don't use that old straw dog about the high cost of insurance that people have to pay so smokers can smoke and get sick and cause your insurance to be higher because of smokers...We die sooner than you so we cost less in the long run...LOL

No true conservative would advocate the government tax anything. Maybe you should recheck your politics.

PS I am 72 and have been smoking for more than 1/2 century and have no breathing related problems, no COLD no asthma, no o2 needed. No lung cancer, no wheezing. I'll someday die of something but I will lay odd's it won't be smoking related.
