Look at the John Warner Defense Act, Section 1076:
"(1) The President may employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to
. . . .
"(B) suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy if such insurrection, violation, combination, or conspiracy results in a condition described in paragraph (2).
. . . .
"(B) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
For those of you who think the "R" by a congressman's name is going to save us all, remember that this "law" was sponsored by a Republican during the term of a Republican president.
We need to stop having so much faith in the "party" candidates and elect those who truly support, and believe in, conservative principles. I'm tired of being punked by smooth-talking liars.
This is the same John Warner who married Elizabeth Taylor?
No accounting for good sense or taste, I see.
