It's a good start.

This will keep that green card guy from running in this state.

But it probably wouldn't stop Obama, because:

• it doesn't define what an acceptable document is
• what Natural Born means
• Or require confirmation of the documents with the issuing state.

  Consequently it's up to the election official and they could very well accept Obama's internet certificate as valid.

As I read it, it makes the Secretary of State responsible for verifying that the candidate is eligible. Why does that have to be defined, before the lawsuits. Publicity?? That would be damaging to the candidate. This could work.

Umm I don’t think this time around anyone will accept anything from Obama other than a SCOTUS desicion sayfing he is an NBC. At least not if they want to continue living in Arizona...
