The can of worms is opening. Sounds like several of the states intend to prohibit a repeat of the eligibility fraud.

AZ, PA, MT, GA and TX.

Bring it ON!

I can only hope that Kansas will pas this as we are dominated by the GOP in every state office these days. I can only hope that our Secretary of State Kris Kobach and our Gov Sam Brownback gets this passed very fast.

Missouri has a Republican House and Senate but a Rat party Gov. I am sure Jay Nixon would hate to sign and possible can veto a bill. I am not sure but I bet it gets passed in Missouri but not signed.

“To pass” isn’t the same as “has passed.” Enough with the delay tactics, get it passed already. Once the first state demands it the rest will quickly follow suit.

Wow, imagine the egg all over the faces in the democrat party if O-Blunder cannot prove his citizenship. It could end up a bloody mess but it would be well worth it.

It's a good start.

This will keep that green card guy from running in this state.

But it probably wouldn't stop Obama, because:

While I am all for the idea, I am not very optimistic
that it will keep Obozo from running.
The rats will find some loophole to keep him on the ballot.

I am more worried about there even being an election, or even an America as we knew it.

Once the first state demands it

One is really all that's needed. Imagine Obama not running in one state that has passed this law. It would be an admission that he is not a natural born citizen and he's dead meat.

Just one more reason I believe Obama will choose not to run again. Then bring on Hillary vs. Sarah!

The Constitution is pretty clear on the issue - I am confident the States would have standing to elevate any loophole the RATS produce all the way to SCOTUS and they would have to become involved.

* it doesn't define what an acceptable document is

* what Natural Born means

* Or require confirmation of the documents with the issuing state.

As I read it, it makes the Secretary of State responsible for verifying that the candidate is eligible. Why does that have to be defined, before the lawsuits. Publicity?? That would be damaging to the candidate. This could work.

Consequently it’s up to the election official and they could very well accept Obama’s internet certificate as valid.

Umm I don’t think this time around anyone will accept anything from Obama other than a SCOTUS desicion sayfing he is an NBC. At least not if they want to continue living in Arizona...

Good. I was wondering if there were states other than AZ with huge republican majorities that were passing similar laws.

Ps if each state denied a candidate saying they were not NBC the SCOTUS might be forced into making a decision...hmmm..get Jindahl etc to run.

That's wishful thinking. The AZ election officer/committee will look at it. And denying Obama on grounds he isn't a NBC will certainly cause a lawsuit. So they will accept his certificate, and leave it to other's to challenge. And then they won't be able to because they don't have standing.

The Feds will just sue us. That’s their MO and would be their third lawsuit against Arizona.
