It could be a game-changer.
A plan in Arizona to require presidential candidates to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is approaching critical mass, even though it has just been introduced.
The proposal from state Rep. Judy Burges, who carried a similar plan that fell short last year only because of political maneuvering, was introduced yesterday with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors.
It needs only 16 votes in the Senate to pass.
In the House, there are 25 co-sponsors, with the need for only 31 votes for passage, and Burges told WND that there were several chamber members who confirmed they support the plan and will vote for it, but simply didn't wish to be listed as co-sponsors.

How about making it retroactive.
Every state should pass such a law...but it will only take one in 57 to keep this clown out of office next election.
Its a start. I’d love to see Florida, New York, Texas, do the same thing.
Very interesting.
Puts O in a legal box. Produce, or fight it, and if he fights it, no more than 30% of voters nationwide would believe it was for “the principle.”
Don't mess with Texas Arizona!
Every state needs this.
This needs to happen in a swing state: Missouri, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, NM, FL, or Ohio. Then it’s a game changer.
Obama will write off AZ’s electoral votes before he coughs up the truth about his birth certificate, whatever that is.
It will, of course, be challenged in the courts. But since states control who appear on their ballots then there is no reason why the law shouldn’t be upheld.
BTTT
is this really gonna pass this time? Article says they don’t have the numbers in the house yet? I got my hopes up last time.
If this law is going to be effective, it will have to define what a Natural born citizen is so that the law is clear on what has to be proven by US presidential candidates to get on the ballot in Arizona and what counts as sufficient evidence for that purpose. Otherwise the liberal courts will just redefine what an NBC is and use judicial activism to put ineligible candidates on the ballot anyway. Does anyone know if this proposed bill clearly defines what Arizona considers an NBC to be?
But we need undocumented presidents to do the job American presidents won’t do!
obumpa
It wouldn’t matter if this passed in a 3EV State. If Bambi writes off a State (any State) that passes such a law, he is exposing himself as a fraud to the entire country.
