Yes. But do let us keep in mind Hansen and Holdren go back a long way. Their radical left views and views for a future controlled world are identical.
I would add. Hansen knows damn well it at minimum can take if everything from permitting all the way from loading fuel rods where to go without even one little hick up it would take a minimum of ten years to get a cookie cutter type design reactor on board. Most likely much longer in most cases.
And both of them would love to see the coal based energy generating systems go away ASP.
