TX HB 529 (2011)
AZ HB 2544 (2011)
AZ HB 2441 SB 1384 (2010)
SC Bill 3389 (2009)
NH HB1245 (2010) Passed
IN SB 82 (2010)
GA HB 37 (2011)

Fantastic! MO, IN, and GA would be killers to not be on the ballet, as they could go either way. Although TX has a large number of Electoral votes, its not really in play and losing by 100% is the same as losing by 1%.

More importantly however, will be how the issues is addressed. Not being able to get on the ballet in even one state “for lack of citizenship” should crack the flood gate.

This should be a big concern for Dims, as waiting until the 2012 ballet is drawn up means they will have forfeited the opportunity to select a different candidate.
