"Conservative" lawmakers around the country have discovered a temporary bounce whenever they make an "eligibility law" proposal.

They never seeem to get around to making it on the floor of their legislature, much less drafting it and getting it through, and even less chance of getting it on the desk of a governor who will sign it.

Sound and fury, signifying nothing. No one in elected office dares challenge the regime. They risk pension loss, IRS investigation, etc. and they are not about to do THAT.

ya think they're such a craven lot: NO cajones on this issue, at the state level, somewhere in the "Land of the Free"?
