So then it comes down to one person’s word against another person’s word.

And that is not going to fly in any courtroom in the nation.

I don't claim to be a 'birther', but this new information appears to at least give the advantage to the 'birthers'.

I'm not 100 percent convinced that this information, if accurate, would enable one to conclude Obama is not a naturalized U.S. citizen.

But I will say this information, if accurate, is enough to make a reasonable assertion that there is no proof that Barack Obama is a naturalized U.S. citizen, as I believe the Constitution requires.

And that, by itself, is enough to warrant an official investigation.
