I’ll tell you exactly what will happen: millions of ballots will be printed without the dead fish on them, by a union goon contractor at an exhorbitant rate, and at the very last second an Illinois supreme court bribee will step in and declare that leaving the dead fish off the ballot will disenfranchise some minority hustler and so the same union goon contractor will have to re-print the ballots to reflect this, at an even more exhorbitant rate because it is a rush job, and all the ballots will not reach the polling places in time, so, instant chaos and more questionable election results from the state that ressurects the dead every four years.
Chicago doesn’t use printed ballots they use punch cards. There about a 1,000 precincts in Chicago. They would just have to reprint the the insert for each voting booth about 10 per precinct. But what you say could all very well be true just hope Carol Moseley Braun doesn’t get elected.
