The elites back east will throw everything they’ve got at this, including the kitchen sink.
They’ll try to get it declared “unconsitutional,” irony notwithstanding.
Notice how Jared Loughner has been swept off the stage and deposited in the dumpster back behind the theater.

The price for fake documents just went up..
F.B.I. operatives could make a tidy sum on this..

YES!!
If they want to take a job working for the citizens they must present their credentials.
People cannot legally take a job flipping burgers without proof of citizenship, why should politicians be above the law?
Make them complete an I9 form too.

but who is nominated by a ballot-qualified party, need not file the documents to appear on the ballot in November.

I would like to see a big state like Texas or Florida pass a law like this. It would get every ones attention in a hurry

The only loophole in the bill, for presidential candidates, is that someone who didnt run in a presidential primary in Montana, but who is nominated by a ballot-qualified party, need not file the documents to appear on the ballot in November. Then what good is it?

That’s a pretty big hole. If Obama doesn’t bother with the Montana Primary, or if he has no primary challenger, he’s on the ballot without proof again.

Between the loophole and failing to define what a birth certificate must show to be valid it’s pointless.
