I read that date as August 1, 1961 which he may have viewed as close enough for government work. I know the January date would fit your thesis better and further, the fact that his 8-1 date is off the 8-4 date might make you think he is using a Euro dating convention.
He is really not smart enough to pull this off and keep all the balls in the air at the same time.
I believe that Obama is controlled by someone else. He isn’t terribly bright. That’s obvious. He may have trouble remembering his created life scenario. Especially if he didn’t create it.
Depends on where the date came from, if it was transcribed from a Kenyan document, it would be written as it is, and that is a date in January. Just who the information belongs to is anyone’s guess, it looks to me like the search picked up information from two individuals.
And I read that date as JANUARY 1961, which is what it would be if the date came from a Kenyan or Equatorial Guinea document.
