Well...If getting publicity is the goal then I am calling the March for Life STUUUUUPID!!!!
Suggestion:
**March in New York directly in front of the doors of the mainstream media. Make it hard for these guys and gals to get to work.
** How about a peaceful and silent vigil in front of the homes of the CEOs of these media outlets? I suggest that the participants wear black, put tape across their mouths, and stare at these guys and gals leave for work. What if they all spontaneously decided to quietly and peacefully lie down in the streets? Nap time anyone?
**Or...Learn from the young people who communicate with cell phone and twitter. What about spontaneous flash mobs to congregate where these guys and gals meet?
Make that a completely peaceful, quiet, and lawful assembly of flashmobbers.
Wintertime - Those are some great ideas! FWIW, a lot of the people who attend March for Life do meet with their legislators while they are in DC.
My son tweeted from the event: “How can the Hill ignore this?”
They can and do, for now. But the outpouring of support from so many young people is a good sign. Think about the effect (to the detriment of our country) that young people had during the Vietnam War era. It can happen again to reverse the judicial activism of the past.
