There shouldn’t be any legal problems ... period. The UIPA protects persons (i.e., whistleblowers, for example) for disclosing records in good faith, which is what would be happening. This isn’t a wikileaks things, but someone responding to an obvious public interest. Of course, the UIPA also protects these same people for nondisclosures too. But the bottom line is there is no reason not to disclose this information.

The legal trouble in regards to maybe, or maybe not that letter Abercommie used that he got from the Obama administration to send to that hospital that he was supposed to have been born at.
