I had a sealed stamp birth certificate my mother gave when I was twelve rejected as a legitimate document to withdraw an annuity.

Luckily, 20$ and a half hour of wasted time got me the new sealed stamp “long form” that will hopefully now be considered legitimate.

This is a black hole issue that can be resolved in a moment, but it is not being resolved with specific purpose.

Consider the purpose and its direction, not the document.
