Anyway, it seems like American policy is better. There was no attack in US since 2001 while Russians has a plane or rock concert bombed annually.

When it comes to the intentions of Russians and the identity of those that placed the bomb at the airport, it is not as clear cut. Some might trust Russians and Putin. I don't trust Commies because they killed millions of Russian Christians in the early 1900s. I don't respect or trust Russian politicians either. They are corrupt bunch and they would quickly kill their own people to advance their power. The Russian mafia is a huge influence on the Russian politicians, as well as their thieving oligarchs. The best way to get rid of political opposition in Russia is to set off a bomb and blame it on opposition.
I don't trust politicians in general enough to believe that they wouldn't eat their own if it gave them political advantage.
