I think I remember that such technology exports were transferred from the Defense Dept. to Commerce, headed by one of Bill’s chinese friends who happened to have a security clearance that he shouldn’t have had. (Wanna say Charlie Trie, but just can’t remember. Someone help me out, having a senior brain fart moment here.)
Until that happened, the Chicoms COULD NOT successfully put a satellite into orbit, or build a good jet.

Of course Bubba sent Brown to the Balkans where his plane mysteriously crashed......and Ron Brown’s body was found yards from the wreckage with no apparent injury, except for the .45 cal.-sized hole in his head.
