Correct. In some countries, you pick up your baggage and go through security checkpoints, at random. You’re still in a “secure” area. I am not familiar with DME, but that’s one place that was next on my list of pleasure travel destinations.
I guess I was off base as FOX says the bombing was in the international arrivals area!!
