ObamaCare is good . . . but only for the little people who have no connections within the regime.

The SEIU, with more than 2 million members nationally, includes health care workers, janitors, security guards, and state and local government workers.
I just can’t understand why states are going borke?. /s

Under HHS regulations, annual limits can be
no less than $750,000 for 2011,
no less than $1.25 million in 2012 and
no less than $2 million in 2013.

That’s one big multiplier, how will any insurance company keep up with that?

This House Of Cards may fall easier than I originally thought.
Attach a “No Waivers” clause to the debt ceiling increase and force the Rats to vote on it and Obama to sign it.

This should be on the front page of every Congressman’s statements about repeal of healthcare abomination. Just say NO to waivers. What’s good for the goose and all that..

Why would anyone want to be exempt from Obamacare? We’ve been told what a great good it is.

Maybe if they hadn’t spent $27m on Obama’s campaign, they could afford the new healthcare rules.

the waver becomes an economic organizing tool to be used against employers and employees

who needs 'no secret ballot' (card check) when you can cut a deal with the employer for recognition - dues money for SEIU - reduced benefit cost for the employer

"has anyone been turned down for a waiver?"

Only white guys who have non-union employees who probably voted for someone other than Obama's communists.

Obama just has his people look at his enemies list. AND just by ASKING your question, you have been added to the list that is growing longer by the day.

Last time I check the Constitution, the executive branch did not have the authority to selectively enforce the law.

Ovomit told the truth when he stated that he was going to punish his enemies and reward his friends.
So, his friends will be waivered, his enemies won’t.
Easy way to tell who his enemies are.

This current executive branch dosen’t give a whit about the Constitution. Obama’s presence in the office is enough proof of that.
