Yeah, this is a loser issue. To keep bringing it up makes us look like sore loser kooks. We can beat him in 2012 if we focus on his policies. If we keep attacking with this crap he is looked on sympathetically by the middle. And we need their votes.

This is very true, regardless of what we know, and the strange circumstances, I think it's VERY wise for the GOP congressfolks in office to dismiss this and let it play itself out in the blogosphere and other channels, they can take higher ground regardless and focus on the fact that Obama has been a disaster for this country, citizen or not, and continue inflicting SERIOUS damage to the liberal base system by exposing the failure of their policy.

The blogosphere can’t do anything about it, and the courts WON’T do anything about it.

Screw the higher ground. Where has that gotten us in the past? This is our country we are talking about here. We need THE WON out of here ASAP, disgraced, and all those who covered up for him, never to be heard from again.

“they can take higher ground regardless”

Ignoring the Constitution is taking the higher ground?

They are not a social club they have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution.

Yeah, maybe we can just “twitter” it to a resolution.

Afterall, twittering is good enough for the courts why not congress?
