I went and read the -entire- article and it ‘sounds like’ they want to expose the UN like never before.
Remember, years ago, it was revealed that all our donations ever did was sit on the piers in Ethiopia, until the troops came by to steal the grain. Similar to donating to the RNC, we can’t control what happens to our money once it leaves our accounts. We should just donate to credible relief orgs and let the UN learn to live on a budget.
