I would love to see Upton lead an effort to repeal the wrongheaded legislation that bans the sale of incadescent light bulbs. What an idiot.

Let’s not stop there. How about outlawing the “water saving” 3 flush toilets? sd

HA! Good for Upton. I doubt if they have any procedures in place for how those waivers were granted. This will open up more lawsuits into ObamaCare.

Good for them. If this healthcare is such a good deal; why are they allowing people to opt out? Why, because it causes envy and what better way to control.

Let’s start by revoking or getting injuctions in court to block all of these waivers. Watch the tide turn when the Rats who got in line for their special deal find out it’s no longer there and they’re going to be screwed just like everyone else.

I just replaced one that was about 8-10 years old ... which is also how many flushes it took to do the job.
The new one is so strong it could suck the chrome off a bumper hitch.
Even still, sometimes it still takes two flushes.

Long ago I read that, just like Romneycare in Massachusetts, the seat of Christian Science, that in OBAMACARE, all Christian Scientists are EXCEMPT, they do not *have* to buy insurance, they do not have to participate in ANY part of Obamacare, just like how in Romneycare, all Christian Scientists are 100% excempt.
Do you know anything about this?
What other religious groups do not HAVE to participate in Obamacare or Mitt-care?

One thought is “JUST GIVE US ALL WAIVERS FOR OBAMACARE”.

For instance, is there one of those waivers for 'new age' faith healers?

There are groups...like the Mennonites which are exempted from ObamaCare.
Having grown up around the Mennonites...typically, they only take extremely serious cases to a clinic to be examined, and they pay cash. And no, they wouldn’t be signing up for heart transplants or any truly expensive procedures. The other side of this story is that they all eat healthy, do physical labor, and avoid alcohol, drugs, booze or activities which would be considered dangerous.
To: matt1234
Waivers can be granted, subject of course to appropriate “considerations”.
