Hawaii's privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who doesn't have a tangible interest.Just so everyone can look and see the 13 "persons" who have a tangible interest,
or can be granted one by a court of law, I'll give a link to the relevant statute...
§338-18 Disclosure of records.Snip...
(b)The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:Snip...
(b)(9) A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;Sounds to me like the AG is being deceptive in his statement. But then again, I could be wrong.

So the gov
and the AG are saying that
they, the highest law enforcement authorities in the State,
can't petition a court to issue an order that allows them to
obtain, much less
inspect a certified copy?
No, they've danced around saying that, haven't they.

So get Obamas brother George from Kenya to make a request. Obama won’t help him financially so someone offer him 100k.
That will satisfy provision 5 for the release of his birth certificate.
Worst that can happen is Obama will buy his brother off, either way his brother gets out of poverty.
