Youtube video-Govenor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie now claiming he was told that there is a hand written notation of Obama's birth some where in the State Archives-LOL this is evidence?
"It was actually written, I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down," Abercrombie said.
"If there is a political agenda (regarding Obama's birth certificate), then there is nothing I can do about that, nor can the president," he said.
Does this not mean there is no Birth Certificate that Obama can produce? If there is no Birth Certificate in Hawaii, then the document he posted on the internet has to be fake-It can't be a certified copy if there is no original.

I don;t think that he can be held responsible personally for postings. I noticed even on his “fight the smears” web site, he never claims to be a Natural Born Citizen - only a “Native Born Citizen”
he never certified himself as a natural born to the congress, Pelosi did that. he did however sign for each SOS that he was constitutionally eligible to be POTUS. Now maybe the loophole here is that he was certified by the DCCC prior to signing for he SOS, that I don’t know.
But he would have done all he could to have remove himself from direct hands on participation IMO for a couple reasons I will not bore you with.
Your comment is right on with one important piece of information missing. Which though as difficult as it is for me to point out is very serious and demands attention.
Republicans were also part and parcel to this grand lie that we now suffer for as well. When John McCain was put before senate hearings to decide if he was or was not a NBC, they said he was by virtue that both his parents were American Citizens.
At what point did any republican demand to see Obama’s proof of citizenship during that time? Obama was one of the people who voted on behalf of McCain being a NBC. All he ever had to do was say, I went through the hearings, but Obama’s father .. according to his books was not an American citizen. Therefore by the same rule I was a NBC he is NOT.
Certainly McCain could still to this day be the only person who has standing in a case in the supremes. But any senator or congressman could have made that statement before the election. However, sadly, they all remained silent.
The rest of what you say is correct IMO. No one spends 2 million dollars of anyones money trying to keep his birth certificate hidden when he has one in his possession. He said he did in one of his books. Especially when his main cheerleader Chrissy Matthews makes the shocked statement “The president doesn’t care that 43 percent of the country doesn’t think he’s an American?”.
But the question is WHY now? WHY is the governor doing this NOW?
I say the hell with the birth certificate at this point. I want to see college records.

I do not think that him getting back on the ballots is going to be as easy as it was. he ran into snags then. Unless he can muscle his way in now being POTUS - but I think there may be too much heat on the issue now.

How could he have a copy of a certificate if they can,t even make up their minds if there is a certificate or not?
I was born long before Obama was, and born at home but i had to have a birth certificate to get into the service, there is no way i could have gotten a copy unless there was one on record.
The problem is that if they found a certificate after all of this time how could any one believe it to be the real thing
and we would still have what we have.

Both parties were trying to make and end run around the Constitution going back years. Curiosly the Republicans attempted a move as early as 2004.

And then of course Obama has been looking into that as early as 2005 and also made a couple of attempts in 2008. These people do not want to pursue it through an amendment procedure, they are attempting to do it through legislation and/or court rulings.
There were 3 ballot challenges against McCain and he prevailed in all of them.
So this is an issue for the States to assert their rights against these DC politicians from watering down the requirements to hold the highest offices in the land.

QUESTION 3: Did Kevin Cronin, Chief Elections Officer, in coordination with the Hawaiian Election Commission, and HRS 11-113 (1)(d), notify Barack Obama in writing, of his eligibility or disqualification for placement on the Hawaiian presidential ballot and what date did he provide this notification?
QUESTION 4: If a notice of disqualification was sent to Obama, upon receiving this notice from the Hawaiian Elections Commission, did Barack Obama file a request, per HRS 11-113 (1)(e), in writing to Mr. Cronin and what date did he submit this request?
QUESTION 5: Did Cronin schedule Obama to a hearing and what date was this hearing scheduled?

I agree that this must be taken at a state level. If the states demand proof REAL proof of eligibility, it will nip the problem in the bud. This is where we become the strongest, we can demand this of our states - local politics can prevail in this matter of we work hard at it I think.
remember we don;t need every state to go for it, just a handful. he can not explain away not being on say 4 state ballots .. TOO many questions, even Chrissy Matthews wouldn’t let that go.
