Rush seemed to think otherwise (or just couldn’t believe anyone would be so dumb), but I’ve thought all week that Abercrombie did just naively start ‘talking big’ and said he planned produce proof of Obama’s birth in Hawaii.

Then I think he heard from the White House and is now backing out of this as best he can.

Even if Abercrombie finds the thing, he can't legally release it without (1) Obama's OK, (2) a court order (lots of luck), or (3) a change in Hawaii's privacy law.
