Or perhaps he is trying to get Democrats to go on the record saying the same or similar things so that the dems get crushed again next election.

No,, he isn’t going senile. He is just being the NWO rino he has always been. People swallow his hawk routine as proof that he’s conservative. Here at home, he’s an open border, country club repub. Cheney is joke.

Anyone watching Glenn Beck knows the answer to this question, Cheney is a Rancher. We are the cattle. It is hard to shake that mindset, even for someone as conservative as VP Cheney. May he live to be 120, and his brain find the sharpness of previous days.
